Drip Application
In the drip application method, fertilizers are applied along with irrigation water through an irrigation system like drip to get higher efficiency and increase crop yields. Nutrient solutions are injected into the irrigation water using an appropriate injection device. Fertigation provides essential elements to the active root zone, thus reducing nutrient losses by leaching, which ultimately helps in improving the productivity and quality of farm produce and reduces the risk of environmental pollution.
The Water-soluble products include a wide range of fertilizers. They can get formulated according to a specific situation: specific crop or variety, nutritional needs during specific growth stages, and also, supporting the different soil characteristics under varied climatic conditions.
Foliar Application
Foliar nutrition is an effective method to feed plants on top of soil nutrition. We have the Groleaf range, fully water-soluble plant nutrition products. This range contains 10 x times more concentration of trace elements in a balanced NPK Formula. A high concentration of chelated micronutrients in Groleaf Products allows us to combine crop nutrition and correction of micronutrient deficiencies all in one go.
In foliar application, plants can absorb essential elements through their leaves. The absorption takes place through their stomata. This method is suitable for applying small quantities of fertilizers, especially micronutrients. Major nutrients are applied by this method when there is no adequate moisture in the top layer of soil. Foliar application is not a substitute for soil application, but only a supplement.
